We have found that air pollution is one of the worst environmental contaminants found in new construction. One of the best ways to combat poor indoor air quality is by specifying materials with no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which are free of formaldehyde, organochlorines, and phenols. Other air contaminants which can be negated include: carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, smoke particles, radon gas, ozone gas, dust, and microorganisms.
Using environmentally sound building materials and technologies is extremely important to us. We believe that environmentally sound design elements and solutions can be integrated within any home or remodel design.
